These three identical villas are located on the north-eastern slope in the settlement Marina with a view over the Bay of Marina. The houses are designed as a visual unity, but with different approaches in landscaping and pool locations, depending on the position of the structure. With regard to the fact that the villas will be holiday rentals, it was essential to come up with a design concept that allows the guests maximum privacy in all three villas.
