This private holiday home was built as a semi-detached house, attached to an existing, but not completed building on an extremely small land plot in Milna on the island Hvar. The house is located at the seafront, but due to a road passing between the sea and the property, it was necessary to create an outdoor space that allows its owners to enjoy the sea view without losing their privacy.
