The house was built for a private foreign investor who loves to spend his free time in Croatia on the island Hvar and host his friends with children there. The project assignment was therefore to design two houses in one. The structures are interconnected by a common terrace that also covers both entrances. The common terrace is envisioned as a place for socializing with a barbecue and outdoor kitchen, while the houses’ insides preserve privacy for an afternoon nap.
