This family holiday home was designed for a foreign investor who wishes to spend more and more time with its growing family on the sunny island of Hvar in the future. Due to the fact that the owners are active athletes and parents of four children, the main requirement of the design was to accommodate all facilities for numerous family activities, such as: two pools of which one is adapted for small children and the other one is equipped with a counter-current swimming system, indoor treadmill and exercise bike, a small gym, sauna, table tennis and the like.
