The wish of the investor of this family home was to build a traditional Dalmatian house with a modern spirit. The land plot is mainly flat, on two levels formed by a dry stone wall, which the design seeks to preserve in its original form. The height difference of the mentioned levels is about 2 meters, which are incorporated in the layout of the house and help forming interesting outdoor spaces. In addition, there is an olive grove on the plot that needs to be preserved as much as possible.
