An old house dating back to before 1968 was upgraded at a later stage and was situated too close to the plot border. With partial demolition and thorough reconstruction, we adjusted the floor plan to the current condition and achieved that all openings on the house are more than 2.0 meters away from the neighboring borders. By adding first floor and raising the living spaces upstairs, we managed to provide a sea view in a fairly densely populated part of Ivan Dolac.
